Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were both quiet and cool, essential during the high temperatures. The lovely big windows let in a cool breeze, and an electric fan was thoughtfully provided. The bedrooms were spotless, and breakfast was lovely. Overall, the hotel offers clean, well-furnished rooms in an upmarket modern style, along with spacious bedrooms, delicious food, a comfortable bar, a delightful well-kept garden, and a large indoor reception room.
The hotel offers bright and airy rooms with plenty of space, lovely and clean, and a welcoming ambiance. The service is excellent, with staff showing pleasant manners and a sense of humor. The location, despite being a bit out of the way from Liverpool, provides a comfortable atmosphere with a pleasant seating area for pre-meal drinks. Dining is of a very high standard, thanks to the lovely Carl. Overall, a recommended stay with great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including a teapot. The staff was both helpful and apologetic, going out of their way to make our experience enjoyable. The location was great, with a comfortable atmosphere and a pleasant seating area. The dining experience was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers first-class rooms at a great value for money but overlooks a noisy main road and a pub, affecting the peace and quiet of the stay. The service provided by the staff is phenomenal, with attentive and polite assistance throughout. The location is convenient for accessing public transport and enjoying a pleasant atmosphere, although it might be challenging to resist the traditional sweet trolley. The dining experience is outstanding, especially in the comfortable bar area, with perfect options available. Overall, the facilities are consistently clean, convenient, and comfortable.
I was so excited to book this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The rooms were decorated beautifully, spotlessly clean, and had a nice en-suite, but the brightness was a major issue. Despite the welcome amenities like tea, coffee, water, fruit, and snacks, the overall experience was not worth the money. Think twice before booking here.
